Our Year To Date April-May

April and May brought many fun new activities like the start of the Valley Ridge Soccer Club season for BeaverJ. This year’s coaching staff was outstanding despite our coach a Snow Boarding Firefighter having had his ACL repaired just two weeks before the start of the season. The kids really seemed to enjoy playing soccer this year and actually managed to play well. Let me clarify, well for our teams not in comparison to the Bahamas teams!

May brought us the Making of Daddy J and Beaver leader Tic Tac. As our friends the 4W's summed it up best, we always knew Daddy J was a little squirrelly but now we have proof, he is Tic Tac the Squirrel. The best part of this year has been having Daddy J not travel every week. He has really been able to be a part of the kids’ fun activities like Beavers, Soccer, Skiing Lessons, Gymboree, etc.

Here are the pictures of Daddy J getting made!

What would May in Calgary be without a little SNOW!

Along with our Mother's Day trip to Canmore and Banff. Here are some pictures of the kids throwing rocks at Bow Falls while Mommy J is pleasantly enjoying some peace and a Lady McDonald at the Banff Springs Hotel.
